I like to say "THANK YOU" to you, for your outstanding customer service! Quick and professional.
I received the shipment on Thursday. And after checking over the weekend I found out that everything is as ordered. (I could not power up and use the IC-7000 yet, too busy) But I assume it is allright.
No item is missing. This is not standard these days. I heard from many people, that Ham radio stuff in Europe is a lousy thing. Shops have a terrible service, are inaccessible, ship the wrong things, or missing parts. Etc. etc.

Well, you got another customer!

I took my Morse test with you in 1996 (with a chap who had a famous Jaguar car outside) and have always been loyal to you ever since! Rightly so. I have a base station in London and wanted to set up another at my Dorset address in Swanage, no point in moving the station back and forth. SO Who Ya Gonna Call? ML&S of course. Richard answered the phone and I have to say just like the old days, the advice I was given was second to none. The station is now up and running and I am delighted. Just as I was all those years ago.

A small order from me this time but still another excellent service from ML&S with speedy shipping plus excellent packing. I do not send out compliments such as this often, only in cases that really merit it, but as an English ex-patriate living abroad here the service and help I have received from you is outstanding and deserves some reward. The FT-DX-5000D with all it's accessories continues to perform wonderfully, the H.F. linears likewise with no problems, the VHF amplifiers etc. support me very well. Todays' 2m amplifier is already integrated and works well and the 6m one has also tested out fine.

Pleasure and business really do mix in this context; my thanks yet again.

I tried out the KG-UVD1P/L on both 2m and 4m bicycle mobile this weekend. I joined the local 2m club net bicycle mobile on Saturday morning as usual and got a QSO on the way home on 4m after a 51 mile ride with a good audio report. It performed well and consistently with the KG-699E 4m only version and the KG-UVD1P 2m/70cm dual band version. I was using an external antenna on the bike (a 4m ¼ wave and a 2m 5/8 wave), so haven't tried to compare the supplied whip with the factory standard 4m whip that comes with the KG-699E or the Garex centre loaded whip (all of which I have). However, the supplied whip was able to pick up the odd phrase from a station 20+ miles away from an indoors location, so it's probably performing as you would expect.

All in all, another good product from Wouxun.

Just a quick line to congratulate you once more on the fantastic service that you provide. I had a conversation with Richard last Wednesday to explain that the on/off Rocker Switch had gone open on my Nissei Power Supply . He explained that ( apart from it being out of warranty ) : happens every time lol , they had brought out a new mark 111 and it might be difficult to find a replacement switch. He called me back within 2 hours to say that he had managed to find a replacement in his p/xed stock and that he would put it in the post. The item arrived in the very next post..FOC ...Now , you cant beat service like that. Naturally I shall be looking to ML&S for all future purchases and have been delighted to advise all my local amateur friends of my experiences.. WELL DONE ML&S...

Just a quick thank you for the superb Yaesu FL7000 linear which I have just recently purchased from yourselves. Initially, it would only produce 200 watts and I thought there was a problem with it. However, a quick telephone call to your technical guys who made the suggestion of adjusting the ALC voltage, remedied the problem and I now have the correct power output that I was expecting.

Another excellent second hand purchase from Martin & Lynch, with a solid technical backup to a general query from a customer. Overall, a very satisfied return customer.

Trevor and I travelled to your store yesterday to view the Flex radio products.

Firstly as this was (for us Derbyshire Oldies) a venture into the unknown M25 a first to see your store Thank you for providing the facilities to see new equipment, our local stores just sell but seldom demonstrate. Secondly thank you for the kindness and courtesy displayed by all of your staff during our visit.

Last but nor least for the enthusiasm and professionalism displayed by Sanderly during the demonstration. Sanderly has been very helpful over the las two days and it was his willingness to answer queries that made me decide to come south (even past Watford Gap).

I am reasonably certain that Trevor will buy from you (probably the Flex 1500) and when I have sorted my finances I will purchase the Flex 3000 but more likely the Flex 5000.

Please rest assured we don't visit you to get a demmo and then buy elsewhere, we understand that without stores like yours there would be no future with our hobby as without technical help and support we simply would not move on.

You will no doubt be as amazed as myself when I report that I have just returned from the UPS depot in Limassol, and have collected the parcel you depatched to me yesterday! This must be an all-time speed record. It must have left your place, got on the overnight flight to Larnaca, from there to the main UPS depot in Nicosia, and then on the morning delivery truck to Limassol. Absolutely amazing, I bet UPS didn't gurantee THAT delivery time!

As you know, I have been a customer from the early days. My first recollection of you was comparing our very new Toshiba Librettro "toys" I think you had picked yours up while on a trip to Japan?

Anyway, I was aware that technically I was not entitled to renegotiate the package as my contract with you was already confirmed.
