The SBS-1 is an affordable and lightweight Mode S/ADS-B receiver that decodes transponder signals from aircraft. Using the Basestation application the SBS-1 displays this information on a VIRTUAL RADAR SCREEN enabling REAL-TIME aircraft tracking on your PC.

This option comes fitted with the NEW Kinetic Ethernet Add-on for the SBS-1 and the PSU to run it. This is a unique module that fits snugly inside the SBS-1.

What will it allow me to do?

With the additional module it enables the user to connect via USB (standard) or Ethernet.
You can now connect to your SBS via your home network or over the internet. If you have fixed IP you can watch your SBS-1 activity from any location in the world!
It also means of course that you can view the SBS from any PC on your home or office network.
The permutations of what you can do with wireless routers and fixed IP addresses are endless.
